Overview of titanium dioxide
Titanium dioxide, a white solid or powdered amphoteric oxide with a molecular weight of 79.87, is a white inorganic pigment with non-toxic properties, good opacity, whiteness, and brightness. It is considered an ideal white pigment for its current performance. Titanium dioxide has strong adhesion and is not prone to chemical changes, and its color is snow-white.
It can be applied in industries such as coatings, plastics, papermaking, printing ink, chemical fiber, rubber, cosmetics, etc. It has a high melting point and is also used to manufacture refractory glass, glaze, enamel, clay, high-temperature resistant experimental vessels, etc. Titanium dioxide is an important white pigment and porcelain glaze. Used in industries such as paint, ink, plastic, rubber, papermaking, chemical fiber, watercolor pigments, etc.
Working principle of titanium dioxide centrifugal spray dryer
The air is filtered and heated, entering the top air distributor of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber in a spiral and uniform manner. The feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the tower body, and (rotating) spray into extremely fine mist like liquid beads, which can be dried into finished products in a very short time in parallel with hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
