Usage and precautions of double cone rotary vacuum dryer

When using a double cone rotary vacuum dryer, we need to pay attention to several points to prevent accidents. Similarly, this can also protect the service life of your vacuum dryer and extend it.

1. Start: Press the button of the drum motor to start the power supply of the regulating machine, and control the speed to gradually increase from zero, usually six revolutions per minute;

2. Turn off: Slowly set the regulating machine drum to zero, turn off the regulating machine power, and turn off the drum motor button;

3. Be sure to pay attention to the forward and reverse operation. After the drum is turned off, wait until the motor stops rotating before controlling the forward and reverse rotation, otherwise the motor will be damaged. The judgment method for forward and reverse rotation, viewed from one side of the motor, should turn counterclockwise to forward rotation and not reverse;

4. When the screw feeder or screw discharge machine is running, it is prohibited to extend your hand into its inner wall for operation to prevent stranding;

5. Before cleaning the inner wall, the operator must apply to the relevant department and obtain relevant documents before entering the drum and taking out the drum bag;

6. After each shift of equipment is used, the machine cavity must be cleaned thoroughly. When pouring materials from the drum, attention should be paid to climbing operations, and protective equipment such as masks and gloves should be worn;

7. Safety belts and helmets must be worn when climbing onto the drum platform for operation;

8. Personnel are strictly prohibited from approaching during drum operation to prevent mechanical injury;

9. When pouring finished products into the hopper, there should be no metal or other debris mixed in to avoid accidents;

10. The feeding speed should be slow and uniform;

11. The main power supply of the attic must be turned off when the drum is used for discharge, suction, and midway shovel operations;

12. When extracting materials, attention should be paid to slowly turning and stopping the position (the drum mouth leans against the operating platform). When installing pipelines, attention should be paid to safety and excessive quantity should be avoided. There should be no blocky hard objects inside the materials. After washing, the suction hose must be removed before turning;

13. During the heating operation, there must be a vacuum inside the drum, otherwise it will shut down the charging or explode.
