At present, the drying equipment commonly used in the inorganic salt industry are: rotary tubular dryer, rotary indirect heating dryer, disc continuous dryer, airflow dryer (also divided into pulse airflow, airflow rotation, positive and negative pressure two-stage airflow drying), rotary flash dryer, rotary drum dryer, spray dryer (also divided into granulation, powder, centrifugal, pressure), vibrating fluidized bed dryer, static vacuum dryer Hot air circulation oven, rake type, blade type vacuum dryer, boiling dryer (horizontal, vertical), etc.

These drying equipment provide assurance for product quality, but they all have the problem of collecting "dust" from exhaust gas. Due to the continuous increase of nanoscale products, the original particle size is becoming increasingly fine, and the potential moisture content of paste materials is increasing. In addition, enterprises are constantly developing towards large-scale and large-scale directions, and they are eager to combine drying equipment. Especially for some large tonnage products, such as precipitated calcium carbonate, the current national production capacity is over 3 million tons. A small production line has an annual production capacity of 10000 tons, and a scale of 100000 tons requires five sets of drying equipment. A company in Guangxi plans to obtain 500000 tons. According to the current level of drying equipment, both the equipment area and the amount of "dust" collected from the tail gas after product drying are significant.

According to the pulse bag filter commonly used in the industry, the operating environment is very harsh and effective measures must be taken to solve it. Therefore, we hope that the equipment development unit will focus on solving two problems: one is the drying of paste like fine objects with high water content, and the other is the industrial hygiene problem of collecting "dust" from the exhaust gas after the objects are dried. Although production efficiency is met, energy consumption and tail gas dust collection are not ideal. When calcium carbonate enterprises enter, a layer of white calcium carbonate powder is covered from the ground to the roof, and even on the desks and chairs in the office, There are management issues in this regard, and more importantly, the poor dust collection of exhaust gas after drying^ Recently, this industry has introduced dust removal equipment produced by DuPont in the United States, which has basically solved the problem.

Therefore, combined drying equipment should include: providing heat source equipment, primary and secondary drying equipment, tail gas "dust" collection equipment, etc. We hope that equipment manufacturing and research units can contribute to high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, simple configuration, and convenient control.
