Working principle of double cone rotary vacuum dryer:

Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) is introduced into the enclosed interlayer, and heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner shell. Under power drive, the tank body rotates slowly and the materials inside the tank continuously mix, thereby achieving the goal of strengthening drying.

The material is in a vacuum state, and the decrease in steam pressure causes the water (solvent) on the surface of the material to reach a saturated state and evaporate, which is promptly discharged and recycled by a vacuum pump. The water (solvent) inside the material continuously permeates, evaporates, and discharges to the surface, and the three processes continue to occur, achieving the drying goal of the material in a short period of time.

The working chamber of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer is not treated with explosion-proof or anti-corrosion measures, and items that are prone to natural, explosive, or corrosive gases should not be placed for drying. The double cone rotary vacuum dryer should be used in an environment with a relative humidity of ≤ 85% RH, free from corrosive vacuum dryer gases, strong vibration sources, and strong electromagnetic fields. If the item is damp, it is best to add a filter between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent damp gas from entering the vacuum pump and causing the vacuum pump to malfunction. After multiple uses of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer, there may be a phenomenon of inability to vacuum. At this time, the door seal should be replaced or the door buckle extension distance on the box should be adjusted to solve the problem. When the temperature of the truly empty double cone rotary vacuum dryer exceeds 200 ℃, slow air leakage will occur (except for 6050, 6050B, 6051, and 6053). At this time, remove the cover plate behind the double cone rotary vacuum dryer and use an Allen wrench to loosen the heater base, replace the sealing ring, or tighten the heater base to solve the problem.

The vacuum pump of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer cannot operate for a long time. Therefore, when the vacuum degree meets the requirements of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the power supply of the vacuum pump should be turned off. When the vacuum degree is less than the requirements of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer, the vacuum valve and the power supply of the vacuum pump should be turned on again to continue vacuuming, which can extend the service life of the vacuum pump. If the rubber plug of the air release valve is difficult to rotate, it can be lubricated with an appropriate amount of grease inside. (such as Vaseline). Except for maintenance, the left box cover (excluding 6090 and 6210 models) cannot be removed to avoid damaging the electrical control system.

The double cone rotary vacuum dryer should be kept clean regularly. The box door glass should not be wiped with reactive chemical solutions, and should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth. If the double cone rotary vacuum dryer is not used for a long time, clean the exposed electroplating parts and apply neutral grease to prevent corrosion. Cover them with a plastic film dust cover and place them inside the double cone rotary vacuum dryer to prevent electrical components from being damaged by moisture and affecting use.
