Under power drive, the tank body rotates slowly and the materials inside the tank continuously mix, thereby achieving the goal of strengthening drying.
The material is in a vacuum state, and the decrease in steam pressure causes the water (solvent) on the surface of the material to reach a saturated state and evaporate, which is promptly discharged and recycled by a vacuum pump. The water (solvent) inside the material continuously permeates, evaporates, and discharges to the surface, and the three processes continue to occur, achieving the drying goal of the material in a short period of time.
The working chamber of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer is not treated with explosion-proof or anti-corrosion measures, and items that are prone to natural, explosive, or corrosive gases should not be placed for drying. The double cone rotary vacuum dryer should be used in an environment with a relative humidity of ≤ 85% RH, free from corrosive vacuum dryer gases, strong vibration sources, and strong electromagnetic fields. If the item is damp, it is best to add a filter between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent damp gas from entering the vacuum pump and causing the vacuum pump to malfunction. After multiple uses of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer, there may be a phenomenon of inability to vacuum.
