Causes of malfunctions in double cone vacuum dryers

1. The double cone rotary vacuum dryer introduces thermal energy into a sealed interlayer, and the heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner shell. The material is in a vacuum state, and the decrease in steam pressure causes the water on the surface of the material to reach a saturated state and evaporate, which is promptly discharged and recycled by a vacuum pump. Under power drive, the tank rotates slowly to achieve the goal of strengthening drying.

2.When the vacuum degree meets the requirements of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer item, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the vacuum pump power should be turned off. When the vacuum degree is less than the requirements of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer item, the vacuum valve and vacuum pump power should be turned on again to continue vacuuming, which can extend the service life of the vacuum pump.

3.If the rubber plug of the air release valve is difficult to rotate, it can be lubricated with an appropriate amount of grease inside.

4. Except for maintenance, the left box cover cannot be opened to avoid damaging the electrical control system.

5. The double cone rotary vacuum dryer shall not dry materials that are prone to combustion, explosion, or corrosion.

6.After multiple uses of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer, there may be a phenomenon of inability to vacuum. At this time, the door seal should be replaced or the door buckle extension distance on the box should be adjusted to solve the problem.

7. Keep the double cone rotary vacuum dryer clean and tidy. If not used for a long time, place the exposed electroplating parts inside the double cone rotary vacuum dryer to avoid damage to electrical components due to moisture.
