Service process:

1. Pre sale:

Establish user records, contact customers, introduce our factory's technology and equipment, understand user needs, recommend corresponding equipment, implement trial materials and related technical preparations, and improve technical parameters.

2. On sale:

Provide user related drawings and technical information, coordinate user equipment installation and construction, and report production speed and quality to users. Ensure synchronous coordination between user engineering progress and equipment manufacturing. Handle emergencies and maintain good communication with users.

3. After sales:

① Dispatch personnel to the user for installation guidance, responsible for debugging until delivery and use.

② Responsible for training user related personnel on operation and maintenance skills.

③ Provide long-term high-quality and affordable spare parts.

④ The warranty period of the equipment is one year. If the equipment is damaged due to its own quality within one year after acceptance, it is responsible for free maintenance. If the malfunction is caused by improper operation, a cost will be charged, and a 48 hour service repair will be implemented. That is, within the first 24 hours of receiving the user's message, the user's question must be answered. If it cannot be solved by phone, the problem will be solved at the user's site within the next 24 hours.
