The conical spiral belt vacuum dryer is a fully enclosed vertical vacuum drying equipment that combines drying and powder mixing. Its main structure is a vertical cone, with a screw stirrer inside and a discharge valve at the lower end. The conical spiral belt vacuum dryer is very suitable for powder drying in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, pesticide, etc. It can achieve a closed drying operation throughout the entire process. The drying efficiency of the conical spiral belt vacuum dryer is about three times that of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer. This is related to the mechanism design of both.
